Our Responsible Gaming Tools

Tbagee offers six powerful tools to keep your gaming experience healthy and in control.

Set Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.
Session Time Limits
Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session. When your time is up, the session ends automatically and you'll receive a notification.
Set Loss Limit
Set a maximum loss amount for a given period in advance. Once the limit is reached, your account will be temporarily suspended automatically.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a break of 24 hours to 30 days to clear your head. During this time you won't be able to log in — but your account and balance will remain safe.
Self-Exclusion
Exclude yourself completely for anywhere from 6 months to five years. Your account cannot be reopened during this period — making it the strongest protection option available.
Reality Check
On-screen reminders will appear at set intervals (30, 60, or 90 minutes) — with a summary of how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost.

Set Your Limits — Stay in Control

These limits can be easily updated at any time from your account settings on Tbagee.

Daily Limit
Set daily deposit and betting limits.
Weekly Limit
Set how much you want to spend within a seven-day period.
Monthly Limit
Set your monthly budget and avoid overspending.
Time Limit
Manage your continuous play time and take regular breaks.

What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?

Gaming is entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to problems. Tbagee believes responsible gaming means enjoying it within your limits, in a healthy way, and always in full control.

Online gaming is growing rapidly in Bangladesh. But alongside this growth, some people are falling into excessive gaming habits — which can take a serious toll on their finances and mental well-being. Tbagee takes this seriously and is committed to ensuring every user stays safe and in control.

Our responsible gaming program is more than a list of rules — it's woven into every product, technology, and customer interaction at Tbagee. We want every visit to be enjoyable, and every goodbye to come with a smile.

Keep in Mind: Gaming is meant to be fun. If it starts causing stress or anxiety instead, that's a sign it's time to pause and reflect.

Build Healthy Gaming Habits

Responsible gaming doesn't mean giving up gaming altogether. With the right habits in place, gaming can always remain an enjoyable experience.

  • Set your budget first: Before you start playing, decide how much you're willing to spend today. Stop when you reach that limit.
  • Set time limits: Decide in advance what time of day you'll play and for how long — then stick to it.
  • Take a Break: Take at least a 15-minute break every hour. Get up, walk around, and drink some water.
  • Consider Your State of Mind: Avoid gaming when you're angry, upset, or under the influence — your judgment is impaired in these states.
  • Don't make gaming your only source of entertainment: Sports, spending time with family, catching up with friends — these matter just as much.
  • Never count on a win: Gaming involves both wins and losses. Never make plans counting on a win as a certainty.
  • Use the tools: Go to your Tbagee settings and set deposit and time limits — it's the most effective way to stay in control.
Keep in Mind: The true winner is someone who enjoys gaming within their limits — not just someone who wins money.

How to use the protection tools

Tbagee's responsible gaming tools are easily accessible directly from your Account Settings.

  • Log In and click the profile icon in the top right corner.
  • "Account Settings" From "Responsible Gaming" Go to the tab.
  • Based on Your Needs Deposit limit, session limit, or loss limit Set it.
  • For a cooling-off period or self-exclusion "Take a Break" Go to Section.
  • Save your changes — reducing a limit takes effect immediately.

A 7-day cooldown period applies after requesting a limit increase — this is intentional, to prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.

Self-Exclusion is a final decision — once it takes effect, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends. Please choose carefully.
5

Minor Protection

Tbagee strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from using the platform. Age is verified at registration, and additional KYC checks are carried out in suspicious cases.

  • Date of birth is verified at registration.
  • A national ID may be requested in suspicious cases.
  • If a device is shared within the household, set a password lock and screen time limits.
  • Keep your account details out of reach of minors.
If you suspect a minor has registered on Tbagee, please contact support@tbagee.best immediately.
